It is a financial reimbursement of part of the water bill for families with financial difficulties.

You can apply for the “bonus idrico integrativo” 'integrative water bonus' if your family has financial difficulties. This is decided by each municipality on the basis of the family's ISEE (see information sheet on ISEE).
The holder of the water utility in the household must apply for the “bonus idrico integrativo” ' integrative water bonus'. This person must be a resident in the household.
