What is it? / Cos’è?

It is an economic aid that the municipality gives to families in financial difficulty to pay their rent.

Who can apply this? / Chi lo può chiederlo?

You can apply for the rent bonus if your family has financial difficulties. This is decided on the basis of the ISEE (see information sheet on ISEE). For example, for 2022 the household's ISEE must be equal to or less than € 16,500.
The person submitting the application must be resident at the address indicated in the rental agreement.

You have to apply for the rent bonus from your municipality. (Find “Bonus affitto” ‘Rent bonus' in “Servizi dei Comuni – Casa-Abitare> Contributo affitto” (Municipal Services - Home-Housing> Contribution to rent) from the web page of your municipality on the PAeSI Portal)

• Residence permit or permit renewal receipt
• ISEE
• Lease agreement

The rent bonus can also be called : contributo affitto, contributo a integrazione dei canoni di locazione, contributo per il canone di locazione, contributo integrativo per il pagamento dei canoni di locazione.
