It is a declaration where the Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio) indicates the necessary economic resources that you must have to start a business that must be registered in the Business Register.
(For 2021 it is about 18,000 euros).

You must request the financial parameters certificate from the Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio) of the province where you want to start the business.

If you are already in Italy with a residence permit for study purposes:

At the counter you have to take:

  1. the filled-in question form;
  2. a copy of the identity card or passport that has not expired;
  3. a copy of the residence permit for study not expired or the expired residence permit and the renewal receipt;
  4. 10 euros for secretarial fees and 2 revenue stamps of 16 euros to be paid at the counter by debit or credit card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard).

If you send the application with certified e-mail, attach all the documents listed above in points 1, 2 and 3. And you will have to go personally to collect the certificate as soon as it is ready.

If you are not in Italy to ask for the documents you can:

  • enter Italy with a short-term visa (for citizens of some countries it is not necessary to have a visa);
    or
  • appoint an attorney resident in Italy to obtain the documents for you.

 

Documents needed in this case:

  • identity card of the attorney;
  • power of attorney (procura);
    •  if the power of attorney is in a foreign language it must be legalized by the Consulate or Embassy (or have the Apostil stamp) and be translated into Italian with a certified translation by the Consulate or Embassy or by an official translator;
    •  if the power of attorney is in Italian it must only be legalized by the Consulate or the Embassy (or have the Apostil stamp);
  • 10 euros for secretarial fees and 2 revenue stamps of 16 euros to be paid at the counter by debit or credit card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard).
Attenzione!

Attention

Before submitting the application, you must request the document needed to make the payment with PagoPA from the e-mail visure.registroimprese@fi.camcom.it.

In the e-mail you must indicate your data (name, surname, address, social security number and e-mail address) and write that the service you are requesting is the financial parameters certificate.

The payment document that will be sent to you by e-mail can be paid in various ways (in the bank, home banking, ATMs, SISAL points of sale, Lottomatica).
