It is a document in which the competent public bodies (Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, ...) declare that you can do the regulated business activity you have chosen.
You must request the Declaration that there are no impediments to the exercise of the activity from the body of the province in which you want to start the business (and for example from the Municipality where you want to carry out your business).

Attention: Before sending the application, you must ask to the e-mail visure.registroimprese@fi.camcom.it for the document you need to make the payment with PagoPA. In the e-mail you must indicate your data (name, surname, address, social security number and e-mail address) and write that the service you are requesting is the Certification of the financial parameters.
You can pay for the document that is sent to you by e-mail, in various ways (at the bank, home banking, ATMs, SISAL points of sale, Lottomatica).

The Chamber of Commerce can give you the Declaration that there are no impediments to the exercise of entrepreneurial activity even if you are asked for not regulated (free) activities.
